Orders received on business days before 4:00 PM will be shipped the same day. As soon as your package is on its way, you will receive an email with a track & trace code.
Return
Does your glove not fit, or are you not satisfied? You have 30 days upon receipt to return it.
Here's how it works:
- Email within 30 days to info@proofperformance.nl with your order number and whether you want to exchange or get a refund.
- You will receive a return label and instructions from us.
- Return the glove in the original packaging.
You may try on the glove as you would in a store. However, it must not have been worn during training, be clean, and undamaged, so that we can resell it.
Return costs: The return costs will be deducted from the refunded amount; in the case of an exchange, this is free of charge.
Refund: As soon as we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days via the payment method you used.
Need a different size? Email us your two hand measurements, and we will tell you which size you need and exchange it.
