As a multiple world champion, he built his career on discipline, perseverance, and an unceasing drive to perform at the highest level. Nicky Verhoeven

Nicky Verhoeven is a personal trainer and sports instructor with the Dutch Defence. With a background in elite sports in military pentathlon, including participation in world championships and the Olympic Games, he learned to get the maximum out of himself, both physically and mentally.
He brought that background to Hyrox, where it resulted in multiple podium finishes and participation in the World Championship. With two appearances at the event, he belongs to the absolute top of Hyrox Netherlands.
At that level, he knows better than anyone that the little things make the difference, and that there is no room for chance in the toughest moments.
