Find your size

Your size depends on two things: how wide your hand is and how long. Measure them both, then you will know within a minute which glove you need.

Grab a measuring tape and measure your dominant hand, flat and relaxed.

The Proof-G01 is a HYROX glove, developed with Nicky Verhoeven and Erben Wennemars. Grip is the silent determinant of your race time. As soon as you have to squeeze harder to hold on, you waste precious power that you need later in your race. And sliding hands disrupt your rhythm with no-reps as a result.

The PROOF-G01 eliminates that loss.

Full silicone palm

A specially designed silicone palm provides maximum grip at every station, from the sled pull to the farmer's carry and the wall balls. You no longer need to compensate with brute force: the glove holds where you would otherwise have to squeeze. That saves you energy at precisely those moments where the difference is made.

Breathable design

The ultra-low V-shaped wristband leaves your wrist free, allowing it to stay effectively cool. The top layer consists of extremely breathable material for strong ventilation from start to finish.

Performance fit

Anatomically cut for a snug, flexible fit. The V-shaped wristband stays below the wrist joint, so you don't lose any freedom of movement. No bulk, no distractions, just complete control.
